When I visit my parents, we always pop in here for a chippy tea. The fish is very nice in crispy batter. The chips are great too and go well with a jumbo sausage.

I called 1 hour before closing time with an order for 20 meals - “not a problem sir! Would you like to give me the order over the phone and I’ll have it ready when you get here!” Sure enough it was all ready, nothing missed off the order, perfectly prepared and tasted amazing. Top marks to the friendly staff for first class service and great tasting food. It’s not often you get it all when you don’t know the place you are ordering from but this place didn’t disappoint. Well done, I would highly recommend 👍

Extremely disappointed this evening with my fish and chip meal. After binning chips that were too crispy I was left with a mere handful of decent chips. I asked for salt and vinegar and there was more salt on my forehead. The fish wasn't any better with no salt and vinegar. My last 4 visits were awesome so this was a huge let down

Fantastic local chippy, I'd say the best in the area. My one issue and this is not food related, is that you have to play pass the parcel every time you put your meal together. Come on guys you don't need that much paper and it can all be wrapped up together.

Incredible chippy!! We placed a massive order on Saturday night for collection and it was all lovely. Proper chippy chips, nice and crispy and fresh. Great jumbo sausage, large fresh pieces of fish. The gravy and curry sauce is amazing. No complaints and all ready in 15 minutes! Can’t wait to return! For 7 meals it came to just over £53, SUCH good value for money!
